Hi, I’m Regina—a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed mental health counselor. I’ve been practicing for 15 years, and I truly feel like this is what I was meant to do.
Throughout my life, I watched my incredible parents make many sacrifices for the good of our family. They chose to stay dedicated to one another, no matter what—and to this day, they’re still married. As I grew from a child into a teen, I realized just how rare that was. Many of my friends’ parents divorced, and I saw how much pain and strife it caused—not just for them, but for everyone involved. (I’ll admit I even missed some of those family members I no longer saw after the divorce.)
I remember wishing I could help. That I could somehow fix it. One day it dawned on me: I could help—by becoming someone who supports families and relationships through counseling. Just like that, I knew I’d found my calling. And I’ve never wanted anything else.
St. John Paul II once said, “As the family goes, so goes the nation, and so goes the whole world in which we live.” That message has always stuck with me. Helping others experience the beauty and strength of healthy family relationships—just like I did growing up—is what I believe God put me here to do.
My clients and I are changing the world together, one relationship at a time. I’ll do everything in my power to help keep families connected, because I believe each family has the potential to shape and uplift our culture.
I’m also a devout Catholic, a wife, and a mother to our amazing daughter. In my spare time, you can find me out for a walk with my family, listening to podcasts (especially ’90s music), or experimenting with new gluten-free baking recipes.
